Health Guarantee:

The Buyer has 10 days from the date of purchase to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian. If the veterinarian determines that the puppy has a serious illness or genetic defect (excluding minor conditions such as parasites), the Buyer may return the puppy for a full refund or exchange, subject to written confirmation from the veterinarian.

Spay/Neuter Agreement:
☐ The puppy is being sold as a pet and must be spayed/neutered by 18 months of age. Proof of sterilization must be provided to the Seller by this date.
☐ The puppy is being sold with full breeding rights as long as the pups are registered with the CMDR and are in good health.

Return Policy:
If at any time the Buyer is unable to keep the puppy, the Seller must be given the first right of refusal. The Buyer agrees not to surrender the puppy to a shelter, rescue, or third party without the Seller’s prior written consent. The puppy will be returned to the seller at the buyers expense.

Liability Disclaimer:
The Seller makes no guarantees regarding the adult size, temperament, or training of the puppy. The Buyer assumes all responsibility for the puppy’s care, training, and well-being.
